Products
What clean beauty means to SkinDivision?
Because the world throws a lot at you, including tons of gross toxins, SkinDivision strives to be clean. What does that mean? We leave the bad stuff out of our products. You will never see ingredients like parabens, SLS, SLES, formaldehyde, mineral oil, or talc in our line. These ingredients are questionable for your health and have no place on your face. Instead, you’ll notice that we formulate with nourishing and natural alternatives like bamboo powder, olive squalane and murumuru butter. Being clean also means that we’re always on the lookout for innovative, good-for-you ingredients that still deliver in the payoff department. Our guarantee? Makeup and skincare that work hard and play harder.
Does SkinDivision use silicones or parabens?
SkinDivision products are free from artificial chemicals, fragrances, preservatives, colorants, petrochemicals, phthalates, silicones, DEA, TEA, SLS, SLES, or parabens.
Are SkinDivision products organic?
We are not certified organic by any certification board. We will always use the organic option if it is available and effective. The reason behind we are not certified organic is the restrict the use of active (and very effective) ingredients. We say that our products are “clean” meaning we use non-toxic ingredients, both natural and lab-created. While there are no regulated definitions of “clean” or “all natural” beauty, we define our clean product philosophy as focusing on the good ingredients that are safe and effective, whether natural or lab-created and cutting the bad, toxic or questionable ingredients whether natural or lab-created. This means, not all natural ingredients are good for the skin and not all lab-created ingredients (actually like Hyaluronic Acid) are bad.
Despite all this, our products are of course vegan, animal testing, GMO and paraben free.
When is the best time to apply your facial oils? Can I wear makeup over facial oil?
We recommend applying our facial oils after cleansing and toning, morning and night. The facial oils can be used alongside or in place of a moisturizer. Your face does not need to be completely dry to apply facial oil, in fact, it is helpful and increases fast absorption and spreadability if your face is slightly damp.
You can wear makeup over facial oil. Let your skin absorb the oils for 3–5 minutes before applying makeup since the oil does need time to sink in. If your skin feels oily after this, you are using too much facial oil. If your skin feels dry and you want more moisture, you are probably not using enough facial oil. The oil should absorb in fully and not leave any greasy/oily feeling at all. Your skin will feel hydrated and soft/smooth after applying the correct amount. Most people need 3-4 drops — please adjust accordingly to your skin’s individual needs.
Does SkinDivision test on aminals?
We’re absolutely 100% against animal cruelty. SkinDivision does not conduct or commission animal testing on any of its products or ingredients, or by way of any of our laboratories or suppliers. Animal testing for cosmetics is illegal in the European Union since 2009.
Although we’re not currently certified cruelty free, it is certainly something we’re looking to do in the very near future.

How should I store my products?
We recommend storing our products properly closed, in a cool, dark space away from sunlight and humidity.
Are your products safe for pregnancy?
All of our products are made without harmful and questionable ingredients. However, every person and every pregnancy is different, so we recommend discussing all your beauty products with your physician.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Each product’s shelf life can be found on its packaging in a symbol with the number of months indicated on the inside of an open jar. Since our products are natural and we do not use parabens, our products do have a shelf life of typically 6 months from opening. If our products are kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they will stay fresher longer. We use chelating agents and antioxidants, like Vitamin E in some of our products to extend the natural shelf life and keep the oils in their freshest and most potent form. In the rare case that you purchase one of our products and find that it is not at its freshest point, please email us so we can handle this on a case-by-case basis. Help! My 15% Vitamin C Booster turned yellow!
In terms of our 15% Vitamin C Booster it should have a clear to a light yellowish tone. Although judging color can be somewhat subjective, the issue with destabilization of high amounts of vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid) comes into play once this vitamin begins to discolor significantly, i.e. turning a deep yellow/orange or deep brown shade. This is a sign the vitamin C has become less active which can occur over time, hence our recommendation to use this serum within 3 months of opening.
A minor color variation is normal for products that don’t contain artificial colorants to maintain a consistent shade, so between batches there can be a subtle difference in shade due to the natural color of the raw materials used to make the product. This does not mean the product is ineffective or less effective than if it were colorless.
Once it turns a darker orange to brown that is when the effectiveness will not be very good for it, and you need a replacement and should be used within a weeks’ time once it reaches that color.

How do I place a return or exchange?
We’re sorry you didn’t love your SkinDivision. Returns should be made within 10 days after delivery of your shipment. The product should have to be in intact and unopened. The customer covers return shipping cost. We will usually refund your order within 5 days of receiving return goods in our warehouse but please note, that it might take longer for refund to apear in your account as transfers between payment systems might take a longer time. If returning an item that qualified you for a bonus gift, please include the bonus gift with your return. The gift product should be in intact and unopened. If you choose to keep the bonus gift, your account will be charged for its value.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards.
Paypal is an alternate method for purchasing your order on skindivision.eu. It enables any individual with an email address to securely send payments online. With a Paypal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or Paypal balance for any purchase you make. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by us, plus, you’re 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.
When will my credit card or PayPal account be charged?
Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and being processed.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
Is your card expired?
Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at info@skindivision.eu. We’re happy to help!
Order Questions
How can I change or cancel my order?
Please email us at info@skindivision.eu as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment department processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can use one promo code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid SkinDivision promo codes during your travels through the Internet, please choose the one you want to use more.
Can I use a promo code on top of another promotion?
You can use a promo code along with free shipping when you buy two or more items. Other offers advertised on the website without a code will be automatically applied and cannot be used along with a separate promo code. If your order qualifies for an advertised offer and you also enter a promo code, we’ll apply the best deal.
